A letter from the President

Dear Colleagues in Ministry,

We are very excited about the upcoming 19th annual Pastors' Prayer Summit!  In many ways, the Pastors Prayer Summit is the one single thread by which God continues to weave together spiritual leaders and, through them, the Church in this region. This has been described as the most ethnically and denominationally diverse gathering of leaders of its kind anywhere in the world!
 
This year's PPS is really and truly a "new beginning" for the Summits and for the prayer movement as a whole.  New leadership.  Renewed focus. The Board of Directors at Concerts of Prayer are committed to take the movement forward to "fulfill its purpose". The theme of this year's Summit is Christ Alone, as we will seek to unpack the greatness and glory of God's Son in a way that can renew our hearts, revitalize our ministries, restore our people, and fulfill our calling together for the cause of Christ in this region. 
 
We pray that all participants will leave the Pastors' Prayer Summit with:

• A Fresh encounter with God's Son as we uncover together more of His greatness and glory
• A biblical expansion of our Christology that will give us a whole new way to bring our people to Him
• Spiritual replenishment as we worship and share with peers in ministry
• Restoring our prayer lives as we seek God together for the advance of Christ's Kingdom
• A growing appreciation for what God is doing throughout the region as we hear reports from one another
• Friendships with other pastors and leaders that we can continue to develop all through the coming year
• A special notebook to take home and help you to apply the 2010 PPS experience in your own ministry

This Summit is not to be missed! Please join us as we seek God together in prayer and unity for the advancement of Christ's kingdom. I hope to see you there! Please help us in spreading the word and bring other pastors and ministry leaders with you!
